As a native New Mexican, Katie Boylan established Cottonwood Family Medicine to bring relationship-based, personalized care to her home community. She is continuing this commitment as co-owner of our partner organization, Cottonwood Family Home Health Care, helping extend trusted care beyond the clinic and into patients’ homes. Katie remains deeply committed to serving New Mexico for the long term and ensuring each patient receives dedicated attention and compassionate, locally focused care.
